1. B2B Returns
As a B2B supplier, Voltique does not operate a "sale or return" policy. Goods are sold on a firm sale basis. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory or changes of mind.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, you must notify us via email at Voltique797@gmail.com within 5 working days of receipt. Please include your invoice number and photographic evidence of the fault.
3. Processing Returns
Once a return is authorized by our team, we will provide instructions for returning the faulty goods to our warehouse at 2nd floor Room B, 2 Aintree Ave, London E6 1NX. We will issue a credit note or a replacement item upon receiving and inspecting the faulty goods.
